Birthdays should feel easy, joyful, and full of space to celebrate. At Greenmeadow Community Farm, our birthday parties are designed to give children a day that feels special — with room to play, explore, and enjoy time with friends in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Every party includes everything you need for a great day: time together, space to celebrate, and the freedom to enjoy the farm at your own pace.
All parties include a hot or cold lunch, exclusive use of a party room for two hours, and all-day access to the farm, so the celebration doesn’t stop when the cake is finished.

Food options
Food is included as part of the celebration, with simple, familiar favourites that are easy to enjoy.
Each child can choose one of the following boxed lunches:
- Cold boxed lunch - A ham or cheese sandwich, served with Pom-Bears, a Fruit Shoot, and a chocolate bar - a straightforward, well-loved option for a relaxed break.
- Hot boxed lunch - A choice of sausages or chicken goujons, served with chips and squash - a warm, filling option after a busy day on the farm.
Other catering options are available.

Animal interactive sessions
Animal interaction sessions add something special to a birthday celebration, giving children the chance to connect with animals in a calm, caring, and memorable way.
All sessions are carefully planned around animal welfare and availability, and experiences may include:
- Private cuddle corner sessions - A quiet, supervised space where children can enjoy gentle, hands-on interaction with animals in a relaxed setting.
- Exotic animal encounters - A chance to meet a variety of exotic animals, such as reptiles or small mammals, with guidance from our team to ensure a safe and engaging experience.
- Pony or donkey grooming - A hands-on activity where children can help brush and care for a pony or donkey, learning about the animal while spending time together.
- Pony or donkey walking - A gentle, staff-led walk offering children the opportunity to walk alongside a pony or donkey in a calm and controlled way.
Each session is led by trained staff and designed to be enjoyable, safe, and respectful for both children and animals.

Party Numbers & Capacity
- Minimum children: 10
- Maximum children: 20
- Party room capacity:
- Up to 20 children
- Maximum 4 adults in the party room at any one time.
Adult Entry
- 1 adult per 5 children enters free of charge
- Additional adults are charged at the standard admission rate:
- Weekdays: £10.50 per adult
- Weekends: £11.00 per adult
- Adult admission includes all-day access to the farm
- Additional adult entry is payable on the day
Food & Drink
- A hot or cold children’s lunch is included in all packages
- Drinks (squash) are included
- Birthday cakes are welcome
- Important food information
- Any food allergies or dietary requirements must be shared at least 7 days before the party
- If bringing a birthday cake or other food, a full ingredients list must be provided 7 days in advance
- For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse outside food if adequate allergen information is not supplied
Decorations
- Decorations and balloons are welcome inside the party room
- Customers are responsible for providing and removing all decorations
- The party room must be returned in the same condition as it was provided
- Additional cleaning or damage may result in a charge
Supervision & Safety
- Children always remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian
- Our team will support the party experience, but supervision is not provided
Animal Activities (Silver & Gold)
- Tractor rides and animal interactions may be adjusted or cancelled due to:
- Weather conditions
- Animal welfare needs
- Health & safety considerations
- Where this occurs, we will always aim to provide a suitable alternative experience
Payment & Booking Terms
- Full payment is required at least 7 days before the party date
- Bookings are not confirmed until full payment has been received
- Animal interaction sessions (Gold package) must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days or more before the party: Full refund
- 7–13 days before the party: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the party: No refund
Weather & Outdoor Activities
As a working farm, some activities are outdoors. In the event of adverse weather, certain elements of the party experience may need to be modified, delayed, or replaced for safety reasons. This does not automatically entitle customers to a refund, provided a suitable alternative experience is offered.
We reserve the right to offer a date change or credit in exceptional circumstances, at management discretion.
