Suppliers

Douglas Willis

A proud Welsh family business, Douglas Willis supplies all our ethically sources meats at Greenmeadow Farm. From our Ox Cheek & Brisket Smash Burger to traditional Welsh sausages and Sunday roasts, every cut reflects expert butchery and sustainable farming.

Extract Coffee Roasters

Our house coffee is roasted by the brilliant team at Extract Coffee Roasters in Bristol. Ethically sourced and expertly roasted, their beans bring out bold, complex flavours with every cup. Expect notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus – a perfect match for our countryside setting. We love their commitment to sustainability and their hands-on approach to sourcing and roasting.

Waste Knot

Every week, we receive a mystery box of fresh, seasonal produce from Waste Knot, a social enterprise tackling food waste by connecting farms with kitchens like ours. These ingredients inspire our roast vegetables, allotment salads, and allotment pizzas, dishes that change with the seasons and celebrate the beauty of imperfection. It’s food with a purpose, and we’re proud to be part of their mission.

Ellis Eggs

Our breakfasts and home-baked treats wouldn’t be the same without Ellis Eggs. Sourced from happy hens on Welsh farms, these eggs are rich in flavour and golden in colour. Whether poached, scrambled, or folded into a cake mix, they’re a staple in our kitchen.
