Once you’ve bought your membership pass, you’ll need to register it on the membership portal. Please note that every membership must be registered with its own unique email address.

After registering, you can book your visits through the same portal. Each membership allows you to book two free tickets per visit (one adult, one child). If you’d like to bring extra family members, you can purchase their tickets at the normal admission price at the same time

Memberships run for 12 months from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a reminder when it’s time to renew.

As a one-off, any memberships purchased before our reopening on 13th September 2025 will default to a full 12 months, ending on 13th September 2026. This arrangement applies this year only.

Memberships are linked to the adult, not the child. This means a parent with a membership can bring any one child aged 3–12 with them on each visit. The child does not need to be the same every time.

Yes – adults with a membership are welcome to visit the farm on their own.

Yes – children aged 0–2 years are free. However, they must still be included in your booking. You can add a 0–2 ticket when booking your visit through the portal.

Local memberships are available to anyone living in the following postcode areas: NP4, NP44, NP11 and NP18. When applying, you’ll need to upload a proof of address (such as a utility bill, council tax statement, or bank statement) showing your name and current address.

As a community farm, we offer a discounted rate for local residents in recognition of their direct support through the council and community. The standard membership rate for non-locals is still great value and helps support the ongoing care of the animals, the farm, and future events.

Each membership covers one adult and one child aged 3–12. For larger families, you can purchase additional memberships or buy extra day tickets for any additional children or adults.

Any bill or addressed document can be used as proof of address. These documents must be approved before you can access the portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for approval (longer during busy periods or bank holidays). You’ll receive an email as soon as your membership has been approved.

If your proof of address is rejected, you’ll receive an email explaining this and you can submit further evidence to the team for review.

You can update your details through the membership portal once your account has been approved. If you have any problems, please contact us via greenmeadowcommunityfarm@torfaen.gov.uk and our team can help.
